The Role
The Operations Systems & Data Coordinator is responsible for maintaining clean, accurate, and aligned data across Awe Inspired’s operational systems, including Cin7, Shopify, and Airtable (our internal Product Development Management system). This role ensures data consistency across platforms, supports smooth order fulfillment, and troubleshoots any exceptions or sync issues that arise between systems.
Key Responsibilities


Maintain accurate SKU, product, and BOM data across Cin7, Shopify, and Airtable (PDM), ensuring clean, consistent records and seamless system syncs.


Partner with the Product Development Manager to keep the PDM tool updated throughout the full product development lifecycle.


Collaborate with Product Development on SKU and BOM creation, Operations on order fulfillment and system alignment, Planning on product data accuracy, Digital on new product setup in Shopify and linkages to the inventory management system, and Customer Support on order changes and fulfillment exceptions.


Monitor and troubleshoot data flow between systems; identify and resolve sync errors or discrepancies.


Review and manually process order exceptions to ensure accurate fulfillment and reporting.


Audit data regularly to confirm system alignment and completeness ahead of product launches or reporting cycles.


Maintain clear documentation for product setup, data sync workflows, and process updates.


Identify opportunities to improve data hygiene and streamline cross-system operations.


Qualifications


3–5 years of experience in operations, eCommerce, or data coordination within a product-based business (fashion, jewelry, beauty, or consumer goods preferred).


Comfortable working in high-SKU environments using multiple connected systems (e.g., Shopify, Airtable, Cin7, or similar inventory tools).


Strong command of Airtable, Shopify, and Google Sheets; experience with Cin7 or another inventory management/ERP system a plus.


Detail-oriented with proven ability to maintain clean, accurate data across systems.


Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage work through project management tools like Asana.


Comfortable working asynchronously with remote teams across time zones via Slack


Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Operations, Product, Digital, and Customer Support teams.

Lead the design, development, and testing of our systems and services
