The Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs
Fellowship is an award for a graduate student of outstanding promise
in the field of foreign affairs who is committed to public service,
has demonstrated financial need, and is either a U.S. citizen or
national who will be attending school outside the United States for
two years.
2) Fulbright Scholarship Program
The Fulbright Scholarship Program is a U.S.
Government sponsored program, under the Bureau of Educational and
Cultural Affairs, which provides opportunities for students to study
abroad in countries outside their own. The program offers awards for
