Fellowship
The Thomas R. Pickering Foreign Affairs
Fellowship is an award for a graduate student of outstanding promise
in the field of foreign affairs who is committed to public service,
has demonstrated financial need, and is either a U.S. citizen or
national who will be attending school outside the United States for
two years.
2) Fulbright Scholarship Program
The Fulbright Scholarship Program is a U.S.
Government sponsored program, under the Bureau of Educational and
Cultural Affairs, which provides opportunities for students to study
abroad in countries outside their own. The program offers awards for
undergraduate study, graduate study, and English Teaching Assistant
(ETA) Awards.
To apply for a Fulbright award, you must be a U.S. citizen or resident alien who will be enrolled as an undergraduate degree-seeking student at a U.S. university at the time of application and during your time of service; have completed one year of college or have been out of high school for four years; have not graduated from college; and are nominated by your college/university's president or provost on behalf of that institution's Committee on International Programs...
